Organic vegetable rennet

Coagulant to produce cheese
No animal byproducts

1fl. oz / 30ml
Good for upto 3L of milk

Must be stored in the refrigerator

How to use:
Pasteurize the milk by heating it up and adding salt on medium heat & let cool until it reaches 45-55degrees celcius

Add 10m for every liter of milk
Allow the milk to coagulate for 30-45mins.
Cut the curds & mix
Strain the curds through cheesecloth and let it hang until it dries up and it gets hard. For soft cheese, remove from cheese cloth until it becomes dry.
Store the cheese in container&refrigerate
